Salary: £30,000–£48,000 (pro rata), depending on experience, plus bonus scheme.

At Action Physiotherapy, we're looking for a motivated, caring and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our experienced team.
We are a busy, well\-established private musculoskeletal clinic with an excellent reputation for providing high\-quality, evidence\-based care. We believe in treating the patient as a whole, not just the injury, combining excellent clinical reasoning with manual therapy and progressive rehabilitation to achieve the very best outcomes for our patients.
We have a fantastic team of six physiotherapists, alongside a sports therapist, massage therapist and Clinical Pilates instructors. Our patients are motivated, engaged and genuinely committed to their rehabilitation—making our work incredibly rewarding.
About the Role
As an autonomous clinician, you will assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, sports, occupational and postural conditions. You will have the freedom to use your own clinical reasoning and treatment approach within a supportive team environment where patient care always comes first.
You will:
- Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver excellent hands\-on physiotherapy and manual therapy.
- Prescribe progressive rehabilitation programmes.
- Clearly explain diagnoses and treatment plans to patients.
- Build and manage your own patient caseload.
- Work closely with our experienced clinical team.
- Is HCPC registered.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Is passionate about manual therapy and rehabilitation.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Is enthusiastic, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Excellent sports massage and manual therapy skills.
- Acupuncture qualification\- or interest in performing Acupuncture.
- Clinical Pilates training.
- Experience in private practice.
We are also happy to consider a newly qualified Physiotherapist who is motivated, eager to learn and committed to becoming an outstanding hands\-on clinician. The right candidate will receive mentoring and support from our experienced team.
Hours
- Part\-time, with opportunity to progress to full\-time as your clinic list builds.
- Saturday and some evening work required.
- Flexible working arrangements available, but must commit to out of hours work.
