Clinical Nurse Manager II: OPD South Dublin Surgical Hub (Mount Carmel Hospital)
About us: St James’s Hospital is Ireland’s largest acute academic teaching hospital and is based in Dublin’s south inner city. Our fundamental purpose is the delivery of health treatment, care and diagnosis as well as health promotion and preventative services at local, regional and national levels. Our academic partner is Trinity College Dublin.
Purpose of the role: Mount Carmel Hospital is a surgical hub on the south side of Dublin under the clinical governance of St. James's Hospital. The new Outpatient Department (OPD) will comprise of 10 consultation and treatment rooms, providing services across a broad range of specialties. The post holder will be responsible for the provision of the highest standard of nursing care to patients, manage all nursing and allied staff in the OPD and be responsible for maintaining and developing professional standards.
