Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team as Clinical Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high\-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Duties
- Supporting the management team by providing day\-to\-day leadership of the service..
- Supporting with the inspection process to ensure that the service is compliant with regard to all legal, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medications in accordance with NMC
- Ensure that the quality standards are constantly achieved in line with the relevant regulatory and business requirements.
- Provide direct resident care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
- Provide high quality care by assessing resident conditions and develop individualised care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication administration, and post\-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date resident records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
- The ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.
- Professional confidence with a calm approach and the ability to set professional boundaries.
- Understanding of regulatory framework

- Proficient in medication administration with a thorough understanding of pharmacology.
- Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards patients.
- Solid knowledge of human anatomy to effectively assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising patient needs.
