We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate patient care within our healthcare facility. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, caregivers, and support personnel, to ensure the delivery of high\-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and senior care.
- Able to cover nights in emergency
- On call with GM
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management involving patients with disabilities or complex medical conditions.
- Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and regulations across all clinical activities.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on topics such as anatomy knowledge, laboratory procedures, medical imaging, and home care practices.
- Support patient advocacy efforts by ensuring respectful communication and personalized care strategies.
- Extensive assisted living experience with a focus on senior and dementia care.
- Proven experience working with children, including toddler care when applicable.
- Background in nursing home settings with strong supervision skills.
- Knowledge of hospice care protocols and ICU procedures.
- Competence in managing cases involving patients with disabilities or requiring specialized support.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures, medical imaging techniques, and medication management.
- Excellent team management skills with a track record of supervising diverse healthcare teams.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to various medical conditions.
