Clinical Lead

Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate patient care within our healthcare facility. The Clinical Lead will play a key role in managing clinical operations, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, caregivers, and support personnel, to ensure the delivery of high\-quality patient care.


• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and senior care.


• Able to cover nights in emergency


• On call with GM


• Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.


• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management involving patients with disabilities or complex medical conditions.


• Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and regulations across all clinical activities.


• Provide training and mentorship to team members on topics such as anatomy knowledge, laboratory procedures, medical imaging, and home care practices.


• Support patient advocacy efforts by ensuring respectful communication and personalized care strategies.

Skills

• Extensive assisted living experience with a focus on senior and dementia care.


• Proven experience working with children, including toddler care when applicable.


• Background in nursing home settings with strong supervision skills.


• Knowledge of hospice care protocols and ICU procedures.


• Competence in managing cases involving patients with disabilities or requiring specialized support.


• Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures, medical imaging techniques, and medication management.


• Excellent team management skills with a track record of supervising diverse healthcare teams.


• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to various medical conditions.
