Job Overview:
The Clinic Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the St Albans clinic while ensuring smooth administrative and business processes. The ideal candidate will have previous practice management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare business dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
\- Operational Management:
\- Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring high standards of service delivery.
\- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
\- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance and patient satisfaction metrics.

\- Financial Management:
\- Prepare, manage, and analyse financial budgets and forecasts.
\- Oversee billing, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
\- Implement cost\-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.

\- Human Resources Management:
\- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
\- Foster a positive work environment and promote staff development and engagement.
\- Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws.

\- Strategic Development:
\- Collaborate with the clinic management team to develop strategic plans for growth.
\- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, services, and partnerships.
\- Support marketing initiatives to promote clinic services and enhance brand visibility.

\- Compliance \& Quality Assurance:
\- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies governing practice operations.
\- Monitor adherence to safety and quality standards, conducting regular audits as necessary.
\- Address any patient concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:
\- Education \& Experience:
\- Proven experience in practice management within a healthcare setting, preferably in a private clinic.
\- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field;
\- Previous experience in financial management and human resources.

\- Skills:
\- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a focus on operational excellence.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and staff.
\- Proficient in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

\- Experience using clinical system Semble is desirable
