Position: Clinic Co\-Ordinator \- Birmingham
Location: Birmingham
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: £25,000\- £30,000 (Pro Rata)
Reports to: Medical Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Patient Experience: Ensure every patient receives outstanding care, from their first consultation to post\-surgery follow\-ups.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, and accreditation standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Technology Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of advanced surgical and diagnostic equipment.
- Experience: Minimum 2\-3\+ years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in ophthalmology or surgical specialties.
- Skills:
◦ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
◦ Financial management and analytical expertise.
◦ Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
◦ Knowledge of compliance standards and regulations.
