Language requirement: fluency in German or Spanish
Location: Germany (primarily remote) and regular business travel across EMEA
Employment: 18-month FTC with view to extend
About the role: 
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams, new business and support in delivering business objectives. Supported by the Commercial and Implementation team, they will lead efforts in new client pitches/setups, analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement technology solutions that align with our strategic goals. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Process Improvement and Solution Design: 
<ul>
<li>Evaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved outcomes. </li>
<li>Collaborate with tech and business teams to design solutions that align with overall business strategy. </li>
<li>Creating commercial models that deliver the workflow. </li>

Project Management and Stakeholder Communication:

What We’re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles.</li>
<li>Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.</li>
<li>Fluency in German or French language</li>
<li>Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to lead conversations during pitches and onboarding.</li>
<li>High attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities.</li>
<li>Comfortable working cross‑functionally and remotely across multiple markets and teams.</li>
</ul>
