We are a growing group of companies operating across AI, technology, and investment sectors, looking for a confident, highly organised, and client\-focused individual to manage client relationships across our portfolio of businesses.
This is a key client\-facing role. You will act as the central point of contact across multiple brands, representing each business professionally in calls, emails, and day\-to\-day communications. Behind the scenes, you will keep client records, follow\-ups, documents, schedules, and internal coordination running smoothly so nothing gets missed.
You should be polished, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, takes ownership, and can confidently manage multiple moving parts without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications across multiple companies, including emails, calls, Zoom meetings, and follow\-ups.
- Represent each brand professionally and confidently in all client\-facing interactions.
- Maintain organised files, records, client notes, and documentation across the group.
- Keep CRM systems, client trackers, and internal records up to date.
- Flag important client issues, delays, opportunities, or risks to leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables stay on track.
- Manage scheduling, meeting preparation, follow\-ups, and day\-to\-day administrative support.
- Help improve internal processes so the group operates more efficiently as it grows.
- Highly presentable and confident on video calls.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients, brands, and priorities at once.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently without hand\-holding.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, CRMs, Slack, Zoom, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, PA, EA, operations, or a client\-facing admin role preferred.
- A professional, calm, and solutions\-focused attitude.
You are someone who takes ownership. You notice when something needs doing, follow through without being chased, and communicate clearly before problems become bigger. You are comfortable being the face of a business, but also disciplined enough to keep the back\-end organised.
Pay: £24,500\.00\-£48,500\.00 per year
