Now, DV group affiliates include two broker dealers, a cryptocurrency market making firm, and a bourgeoning investment adviser.
Role Overview: DV Trading is looking for a tech-savvy individual who is interested in learning about IT operations. In this role, you’ll assist our team in delivering excellent support to end-users. This internship will provide opportunities to learn about IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the first point of contact for IT support, logging and prioritizing user requests via phone, email, or in-person </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with troubleshooting hardware, managing desk setups, and handling application issues </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Resolve basic technical problems or escalate them to senior staff as needed </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Help maintain records of IT support activities and contribute to our knowledge base </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking </li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide friendly and professional support to end-users </li>

 Compensation Range: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
