As a Client Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of firms, driving retention, growth, and long\-term partnerships through high\-impact account management.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and close renewals, ensuring strong retention and client satisfaction

  • Identify and convert upsell \& cross\-sell opportunities to exceed revenue targets \[Open Role \| Outlook]

  • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the real business value of solutions

  • Use data \& insight to spot commercial opportunities and drive growth

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success \& Strategy to shape GTM approach

  • Deliver consistent, high\-quality client engagement and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven B2B sales \+ account management experience

  • Strong track record in renewals, retention, and revenue growth

  • Ability to own accounts and handle complex conversations

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot and close opportunities

  • Ideally experience selling SaaS, data, or tech\-led solutions
