We're looking for an enthusiastic and client\-focused individual to join our welcoming team at our modern, state\-of\-the\-art Treatment Centre in Marston Green. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing organisation where your contribution truly matters.
As a key member of the team, you'll be the friendly face and voice our clients rely on. From handling enquiries and resolving issues to providing accurate information and support, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll work closely with colleagues across our centres to maintain high standards, support smooth day\-to\-day operations, and help create a positive and professional environment for both clients and staff.
Travel \& Flexibility
This role offers variety, with travel to our Merry Hill (Dudley) Community Treatment Centre and other future Community Treatment Centres as required. Travel is expected at least once a week, with additional visits depending on business needs. All additional business travel expenses will be reimbursed. The role also includes occasional Saturday working, giving you flexibility with a day off during the week.
