Key Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for limited companies and sole traders as a Client Accounts Manager


• Oversee corporation tax returns and ensure compliance standards are met within an accountancy environment


• Act as main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are managed effectively


• Support preparation and review of personal tax filings and wider advisory work


• Liaise directly with clients regarding financial performance, queries, and reporting requirements


• Assist with VAT, payroll, and broader compliance responsibilities across the accountancy sector


• Support and mentor junior team members to aid development and performance

What We're Looking For

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong practice experience


• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in practice


• Proven experience managing a client portfolio independently


• Strong knowledge of Xero and other cloud-based systems


• Experience with Iris, Sage 50, or QuickBooks advantageous


• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability


• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail
