Key Responsibilities
- Review financial statements for limited companies and sole traders as a Client Accounts Manager
- Oversee corporation tax returns and ensure compliance standards are met within an accountancy environment
- Act as main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are managed effectively
- Support preparation and review of personal tax filings and wider advisory work
- Liaise directly with clients regarding financial performance, queries, and reporting requirements
- Assist with VAT, payroll, and broader compliance responsibilities across the accountancy sector
- Support and mentor junior team members to aid development and performance
- ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong practice experience
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in practice
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio independently
- Strong knowledge of Xero and other cloud-based systems
- Experience with Iris, Sage 50, or QuickBooks advantageous
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and attention to detail
- Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
