Client Account Administrator
Client Account Administrator required within our new and existing business team. A minimum of 2 years experience within the the IFA industry is vital and applicants must have experience using Intelligent Office (IO). Experience of using investment platforms is preferred, however, full training will be given. The role will include preparing the relevant regulatory and application documents for clients, submitting and processing new investment business right through to completion. Also the role will include completing withdrawals as per clients requests and the rebalancing of funds. Plus general day to day admin tasks.
Due to the nature of the role, attention to detail and accuracy is a must. Aside from processing investments, you will also be corresponding directly with our clients and providers/platforms.
Applicants will need the following;
1\. 2 Years minimum experience in the financial services industry
2\. Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
3\. Will have a firm knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel
4\. Strong numeracy skills
5\. The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a small team
6\. Strict attention to detail and accuracy
7\. Strong communication skills with clients and providers

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
