Job Details

We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to provide front line clerical support in a Secondary School, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. The postholder will be responsible for covering the school reception and general admin duties. As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Admin Coordinator / Business Manager

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements

You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O grades).

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
