Class A CDL Driver

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Regional Driver (Greater Midwest), with potential opportunities for local routes in the future. This role can be based out of any of the following locations: Jefferson, WI, Indianapolis, IN, Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN.
In this role you will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. 
This highly motivated & safety-first individual will be responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate digital logs, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Safely operate commercial vehicles, including but not limited to tractor-trailers and box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. </li>
<li>Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities. </li>
<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition. </li>
<li>Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations. </li>
<li>Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately. </li>
<li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. </li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed. </li>
<li>Properly secure load to ensure safe & compliant transportation of materials. </li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills.</li>
</ul>
Basic Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>
<li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, minimum of three years of commercial driving experience with a clean driving record </li>
<li>Active Hazmat & Tanker endorsements </li>
<li>Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance </li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
<li>Must have a reliable form of transportation </li>
<li>Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC) </li>
<li>Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment </li>
<li>Must be able to pass the company physical </li>
<li>Must be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability as needed, including long-distance travel and overnight stays </li>
<li>Ability to work overtime on a regular basis </li>
<li>The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste. This role is considered safety-sensitive </li>
<li>Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship </li>
</ul>
