Job Description
8 Ball Contractors Limited is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support construction and property development projects across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, coordinating contractors, ensuring quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil and construction works on site.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
- Ensure works comply with UK building regulations and health \& safety requirements.
- Carry out site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain relevant project documentation.
- Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience in UK construction or civil engineering projects preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.
- Valid UK driving licence preferred.
- Right to work in the UK.
