Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker.

You will be required to work shifts; 2 days on with a sleep in in between, 3 days off. The age of the children in our home ranges from 7\-17\. In addition to the competitive salary, you will get a number of benefits:

We provide comprehensive training for all new staff and as an unqualified staff member you will be required to complete an appropriate level 3 diploma within your first two years of employment or if you are already qualified and wish to move to the next stage then we provide the necessary training and qualifications to become the next managers.

  • have a full UK driving licence and have a car available for work purposes with business use insurance.

  • In addition, successful applicants will be required to hold an enhanced DBS check.
