Children's Residential Support Worker

We provide extensive support, training and access to qualifications to help you grow and develop in your career. You will receive a salary of between £31,758 and £34,685 per annum. Once you have completed your qualifications you will receive a pay rise and have the opportunity to become a senior care worker.
Senior qualified staff members have a great career path into management if desired including a full development plan that includes all the training and support for a fulfilling career
You will be required to work shifts; 2 days on with a sleep in in between, 3 days off. The age of the children in our home ranges from 7\-17\. In addition to the competitive salary, you will get a number of benefits:
