Children's Care Home Manager
Salary: £45,000 \- £55,000 per annum \+ Bonus Scheme (OTE up to £65,000\)

Here at Bright Life Living, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Registered Children's Home Manager.
Due to exciting growth and expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate leader to join our close\-knit team and become part of our growing family.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our recently renovated children's homes, providing high\-quality care and support for children and young people. We welcome applications from candidates with experience in EBD and/or LD services.
We are also keen to hear from experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their career. For the right candidate, we can offer support, development, and a clear pathway into registration.

About the Role
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day\-to\-day leadership and management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. You will lead, develop, and support your team while creating a positive and nurturing environment where children and young people can achieve positive outcomes.
As Bright Life Living continues to grow, there will be opportunities for further progression, including potential future dual\-site management responsibilities for high\-performing leaders who demonstrate strong operational and leadership capability.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership \& Management for Children and Young People (or working towards)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a residential childcare setting
- Experience supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and/or Learning Disabilities (LD)
- Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Experience of Ofsted inspections, ideally achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- A hands\-on, compassionate approach with children and young people at the heart of everything you do

- Residential Childcare: 3 years (required)
- Management or Deputy Management experience within Children's Residential Services (required)
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) (required)
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership \& Management for Children and Young People, or working towards (required)
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required)
