We are entering an exciting new season as we develop:

• A Wellbeing Hub in the Irvine area


• A Donation Drop\-off \& Preloved Boutique in Troon (40 West Portland Street)

We are seeking a part\-time Chief Executive Officer (16 hours/week) to lead this next phase of growth with vision, integrity, and strong relational leadership.

Role Overview

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Hours: 16 hours per week (flexible)

Salary: £36,000 FTE (£14,400 pro rata)

Location: Ayrshire (Stevenston \& Troon, with some flexibility)

Responsible to: Board of Trustees

Contract: Fixed term 2 years (subject to funding)

Purpose of the Role

The CEO will provide strategic, operational, and Christian leadership to the Micah Project, ensuring the charity delivers meaningful impact for families across Ayrshire.

They will lead the development of the Irvine Wellbeing Hub and Troon Boutique model, build strong partnerships, secure funding, and support a growing team of staff and volunteers.
