Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging chess lessons tailored to different skill levels.


• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.


• Promote strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills through interactive sessions.


• Organize chess activities and tournaments to encourage participation.


• Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment.


• Collaborate with parents or guardians regarding student development.


• Keep up\-to\-date with the latest teaching methods and chess strategies.


• Qualifications


• Proven experience in teaching or coaching chess.


• Strong understanding of chess strategies and rules.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to motivate and inspire students.


• Prior experience in sports coaching is a plus.


• Passion for education and skill development.


• Relevant certifications or qualifications are preferred.
