We’re looking for a motivated and commercially aware Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of a wide range of residential, development, and regeneration projects.

You’ll work closely with experienced commercial professionals, contributing to cost management and contract administration throughout the full project lifecycle — from tender through to final account and project close out.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing tender and contract documentation
- Assisting with cost planning and estimating repair and maintenance works
- Establishing client requirements and project objectives
- Assessing and helping manage commercial risks
- Supporting subcontractor procurement and allocation of work
- Valuing completed works and supporting payment processes
- Supporting contract administration across a variety of live projects
- Helping manage project costs while maintaining quality and value
- Attending site visits, meetings, and project reviews where required
- Work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and industry professionals
- Gain exposure to development management, land and asset management, regeneration, and property\-related disciplines
- Build practical experience across contracts, procurement, and commercial management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects
- Continue developing technical, commercial, and client\-facing skills
- Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities within a supportive environment
- Experience within quantity surveying or a related commercial role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good attention to detail and problem\-solving ability
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to continue developing professionally
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- RICS chartership (MRICS)
- Experience within residential development or regeneration projects
- Understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
- Knowledge of cost management and procurement procedures
You’re organised, motivated, and commercially aware, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the profession. You enjoy working collaboratively, communicating effectively with others, and contributing positively to project delivery. You take pride in producing accurate, high\-quality work and are keen to build long\-term career progression within quantity surveying.
