We’re looking for a motivated and commercially aware Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support the successful delivery of a wide range of residential, development, and regeneration projects.

You’ll work closely with experienced commercial professionals, contributing to cost management and contract administration throughout the full project lifecycle — from tender through to final account and project close out.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing tender and contract documentation


• Assisting with cost planning and estimating repair and maintenance works


• Establishing client requirements and project objectives


• Assessing and helping manage commercial risks


• Supporting subcontractor procurement and allocation of work


• Valuing completed works and supporting payment processes


• Supporting contract administration across a variety of live projects


• Helping manage project costs while maintaining quality and value


• Attending site visits, meetings, and project reviews where required

• Work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and industry professionals


• Gain exposure to development management, land and asset management, regeneration, and property\-related disciplines


• Build practical experience across contracts, procurement, and commercial management


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on a variety of projects


• Continue developing technical, commercial, and client\-facing skills


• Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities within a supportive environment

• Experience within quantity surveying or a related commercial role


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Good attention to detail and problem\-solving ability


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment


• A proactive and professional approach to work


• Motivated, reliable, and eager to continue developing professionally


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

• RICS chartership (MRICS)


• Experience within residential development or regeneration projects


• Understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes


• Knowledge of cost management and procurement procedures

You’re organised, motivated, and commercially aware, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the profession. You enjoy working collaboratively, communicating effectively with others, and contributing positively to project delivery. You take pride in producing accurate, high\-quality work and are keen to build long\-term career progression within quantity surveying.
