Job Type: Full\-time on\-site in\-person
Salary: Starting at £23,160 pa
Core hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, normal working week excluding Bank Holidays, some out\-of\-hours work in emergencies
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Charity Events Coordinator to join our team. This is a varied role that combines several skills. You'll play an important part in planning and delivering charity events for our partner charities, *Computers 4 Good, Relief Aid Logistics* and others, while also providing day\-to\-day administrative support across our group.
This role is ideally suited to someone with experience in administration and event coordination who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key responsibilities \-
Event Coordination:
· Research and identify charities for participation in charity events, establishing and maintaining professional relationships to support future collaboration.
· Keep our digital world organised and stress\-free by managing photos, documents and project files in a neat and accessible way.
· Respond to charities enquiries by email and phone.
· Built and maintained strong relationships with stakeholders to support effective communication and successful event delivery.
· Work closely with the Logistics Team to ensure the smooth planning, organisation, and successful completion of charity events.
· Coordinate accommodation bookings and travel arrangements for the Logistics Team, ensuring smooth and timely travel for team members.
· Publish and promote charity events on our websites and social media.
· Discover new ways to promote our charity events creatively, using initiative to ensure each campaign stands out and captures attention.
· Monitor social media and online channels for posts regarding our charity event, helping us stay updates and respond where needed.
· Prepare post\-event reports, ensuring everything is ready and presented professionally to the team and trustees.
General Administration:
· Manage incoming calls, messages and the shared email inbox, responding to enquiries or directing them to the appropriate team member.
· Provide administrative support across the group and assist the wider *Computers 4 Good, Relief Aid Logistics* and other teams with projects as required.
· Maintain tidy, organised shared spaces and ensure office supplies are well stocked.
· Be the go\-to person for the day\-to\-day tasks that help keep the team running smoothly.

Your Skills
· Previous administration experience (preferred but not essential)
· Strong organisation and time management skill
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new software and system
· Works effectively both independently and as part of a team
· A positive, flexible, and professional attitude
· The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
