Job Description
The Channel Partner Manager is responsible for building, activating and growing AuditWise's portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. The role owns the commercial partner journey from initial identification and qualification through agreement, onboarding, enablement, pipeline creation, customer acquisition, retention and expansion.
This is a hands\-on, target\-led position combining new\-business development with partner success. The postholder will proactively create opportunities, demonstrate AuditWise, help partners develop a repeatable route to market and ensure that partner relationships generate sustainable recurring licence revenue.
Key Skills/Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a clearly prioritised target list of suitable UK MSP, telecoms and technology partners.
- Generate partner opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound calls, email, referrals, events and professional networking.
- Qualify potential partners against agreed criteria, including strategic fit, customer profile, sales capability, commitment, pipeline potential and forecast license volume.
- Lead discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial discussions, progressing suitable opportunities to signed partner agreement.
- Maintain sufficient pipeline coverage to achieve monthly partner\-acquisition and licence\-growth targets.
- Coordinate each new partner's onboarding with the relevant internal teams and ensure agreed actions are completed promptly.
- Deliver or coordinate product, proposition and commercial training for partner sales and account\-management teams.
- Agree a practical 30, 60 and 90 day activation plan with each partner, covering target customers, launch activity, pipeline generation and first\-customer milestones.
- Provide partners with accurate positioning, user cases, sales materials and demonstration support.
- Ensure each partner understands AuditWise pricing, ordering, onboarding, support and opportunity\-registration processes.
- Create and maintain a documented growth plan for every active partner.
- Work with partners to identify customer opportunities, progress qualified pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue\-generating tenancies and seats.
- Attend partner and end\-customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations where involvement will materially improve the likelihood of a successful sale.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed plans and intervene quickly where activity, pipeline or license growth falls below expectation.
- Identify cross\-sell, expansion and adoption opportunities across existing partner customers.
- Build trusted, commercially productive relationships with partner owners, sales leaders, account managers and operational contacts.
- Conduct structured partner reviews at an appropriate frequency, covering activity, pipeline, wins, risks, adoption, support themes and next actions.
- Maintain regular engagement with new partners during their first 90 days and with established partners thereafter.
- Identify inactive, declining or at\-risk partners and agree corrective action or escalation with the Group CEO.
- Gather structured partner feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve the product, proposition, onboarding and partner experience.
- Keep the CRM complete and current, including contacts, activity, opportunity stage, value, probability, expected close date and next action.
- Provide accurate weekly activity, pipeline and forecast reporting to the Group CEO.
- Maintain auditable records of partner agreements, commission\-triggering events and supporting evidence.
- Follow approved pricing, discounting, contracting, data\-protection and information\-security processes.
- Represent AuditWise professionally and avoid commitments relating to product functionality, delivery dates, pricing or contractual terms that have not been authorised.
*Essential*
- Demonstrable experience in channel sales, partner management, SaaS sales, business development or a comparable commercial role.
- A strong understanding of the UK MSP, IT services, telecoms or technology\-reseller market.
- Evidence of generating opportunities through proactive outbound activity and converting them into commercial relationships.
- Confident delivery of discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, follow\-up and CRM discipline.
- Ability to develop senior stakeholder relationships while also working effectively with front\-line sales and account\-management teams.
- Commercial judgement, resilience, personal accountability and the ability to work independently in a target\-led environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK when required.
- Existing relationships within the UK MSP or technology channel.
- Experience selling AI, contact centre services, compliance, quality\-monitoring or recurring\-revenue software.
- Experience building partner enablement plans, running partner reviews or helping resellers develop customer pipeline.
- Understanding of customer experience, quality\-assurance or regulated\-customer\-interaction environments.
