Location: Hybrid (1\-2 days per week in London office)

At Pod, we're accelerating the transition to electric vehicles by making charging simple, smart and accessible. As our Channel Marketing Lead, Partnerships, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth through our indirect sales channels and strategic partners.

You'll own the marketing strategy and execution across key partner segments including wholesalers, installers, automotive OEMs and dealerships, fleet and leasing providers, homebuilders, and energy companies. Working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales and Partnerships, you'll create compelling go\-to\-market programmes that enable partners to sell Pod effectively, generate demand, and deliver measurable revenue growth.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships \& Commercial Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Pod goes to market through partner ecosystems and help establish Pod as the leading EV charging partner across multiple industries.

Here's what our Head of Partnerships \& Commercial Marketing had to say:

"As Channel Marketing Lead, Partnerships, you'll have a unique opportunity to define how Pod engages and grows through its partner ecosystem. From major automotive brands and energy providers to installers and homebuilders, you'll help create the marketing strategies and programmes that drive demand and revenue through some of our most important commercial relationships. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership, where you'll be trusted to challenge, innovate and shape our approach as we scale. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands\-on execution and want to play a key role in the energy transition, this is the role for you."### ‎What You'll Do

You'll develop and own the channel marketing strategy across indirect sales and partnership channels, ensuring activity aligns with wider commercial objectives and contributes directly to revenue growth. You'll identify opportunities to expand reach, deepen partner engagement, and increase partner\-generated demand.
Working closely with the B2B Acquisition Manager and Partnerships team, you'll create and deliver go\-to\-market plans for partner propositions, product launches, campaigns and new channel opportunities. You'll ensure marketing activity supports both partner acquisition and retention goals.
You'll plan, execute and optimise integrated co\-marketing campaigns with partners, combining digital, content, events and account\-based marketing approaches to generate pipeline and revenue. You'll continuously test and refine activity based on performance insights.
You'll create and manage the marketing resources, sales tools and communications that enable partners to position, promote and sell Pod effectively. You'll ensure partners have everything they need to succeed while strengthening long\-term relationships.
You'll develop and deliver a calendar of partner\-focused events, including partner engagement programmes, acquisition events, trade shows, webinars and industry opportunities that increase Pod's visibility and commercial impact.
You'll establish channel marketing KPIs and reporting frameworks, tracking the effectiveness of campaigns, events and partner initiatives. Using data and commercial insight, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance and maximise return on investment.
You'll work alongside Sales and Partnerships teams to understand partner needs, identify growth opportunities and develop programmes that support channel development, engagement and retention.
You'll stay close to market developments, customer behaviour and competitor activity across partner channels, translating insight into actions that strengthen Pod's market position and commercial performance.
You'll own and manage channel marketing budgets, making informed decisions on where to invest resources to achieve the strongest commercial outcomes and partner impact.### What You'll Bring

You'll have strong B2B marketing experience within partner, channel or alliance marketing environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving commercial results through partner ecosystems.
You'll understand how marketing contributes to pipeline, revenue and business growth, and be confident translating commercial objectives into actionable marketing programmes.
You'll have experience across account\-based marketing, digital campaigns, content marketing, events and partner co\-marketing, with the ability to prioritise effectively across multiple initiatives.
You'll have successfully built and delivered marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, measurement and optimisation, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.

As one of the UK’s top EV charging providers, Pod is trusted by over 250,000 customers and powers more than 5 million miles every day. We started off in 2009 as Pod Point, helping people make the switch to electric as EVs began to hit the road. Today, we’re leading the way into a smarter energy future.

We’ve evolved from simply installing chargers to building a connected, intelligent charging network that supports homes, workplaces, and public spaces across the UK. We're the go\-to for automotive giants like Mercedes\-Benz, Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW and support customers on the go through our partnership with Tesco. We're partnering with energy leaders Centrica and EDF and collaborating with Taylor Wimpey, Redrow and Barratt Developments to grow EV charging infrastructure in new homes.

Our smart charging solutions don’t just serve drivers; they help balance the grid, reduce energy costs, and make clean energy more accessible to everyone.

Pod offers a supportive, inclusive environment where collaboration, care, and ambition go hand in hand. Whether you’re helping a customer install their first home charger or designing the next generation of smart charging tech, you’ll be part of a team that’s driving real change.

As the UK accelerates toward net zero, Pod is building the infrastructure, and the team, to power that future. People who care, who innovate, and who want to be part of something bigger. If you’re looking for a career with purpose, a team that supports you, and a company that’s shaping the future of energy, Pod might just be the place for you.
