Cellar Door Manager and Vine Leasing Coordinator
New Hall Wine Estate is one of the UK’s most well\-established wine producers in the emerging wine region of the Crouch Valley, near Maldon, Essex. We are a small family run business who take pride in our products and customer experiences.
This is a multifaceted role for someone who enjoys variety within the working week. The role is divided into two main areas:
You will have sole responsibility for managing our Leasing Scheme, an annual membership scheme with up to 300 private clients. This is a key part of the business and the role requires excellent organisation, communication, and self\-management skills throughout the year.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors – this will include looking after visitors to the Estate throughout the year as well as taking wine orders and responding to general enquiries by phone/email/online.
As part of the Commercial Team, you will be supporting sales and marketing with a specific focus on driving sales and revenue through our cellar door shop and web shop. You will help plan and run events at the estate throughout the year so some knowledge of small\-scale event planning would be desirable but not essential. Part of the front of house role will also include regular communication with our customers through creating and sending mailshots, helping to maintain our social media content along with updating and refreshing our website.
Be a key member of our office team, ordering basic supplies and maintaining a professional environment.
Provide a high level of customer service and deal with a variety or queries. This is a highly customer\-facing role and you will be an ambassador of New Hall Wine Estate. A positive can\-do attitude and the ability to manage your time is essential.
