CE Driver – Local Organic Waste Logistics
Location: Eindhoven Region, Netherlands

Hours: Approx. 50 hours/week
LusoDutch is looking for a reliable CE Driver to join a specialized logistics operation in Eindhoven. This is a unique role focused on the collection and transport of slaughter by\-products (fat/meat waste) between slaughterhouses and processing facilities.
The Role: Local, Clean \& Contained
If you prefer short driving distances and a consistent afternoon schedule, this position is ideal.
- The Mission: Collecting and delivering organic by\-products from slaughterhouses.
- No Direct Contact: The product is stored and transported in specialized sealed containers. There is no direct contact by hand with the materials, ensuring a professional and hygienic work environment.
- The Schedule: Afternoon/Evening shifts starting at 10:00 AM and finishing around 00:00 (Midnight).
- Short Haul: You will never be far from home. The maximum driving distance for this role is only 30 minutes from the hub.
- Routine: Approximately 10 stops per day.
Salary \& Premium Bonus Structure (D6 Scale)
We recognize the expertise and reliability required for high\-volume retail work. This position is paid at the premium D6 level.
- Base Salary (D6\): €20\.24 gross per hour.
- CAO: Full compliance with the official Dutch transport Collective Labour Agreement.
- Payment: Reliable weekly payments.
- 130% Rate: Applied to all overtime (hours worked beyond 40h/week).
- 150% Rate: Applied to all hours worked on Saturdays.
- 200% Rate: Applied to any work on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Requirements
- Valid CE Driver’s License and CPC (Code 95\).
- Professional attitude toward specialized transport.
- Punctuality and reliability (essential for food\-chain logistics).
- Good communication skills in English.
