CCTV Drainage Engineer

SEP Drainage is looking for a CCTV Drainage Engineer to support a strong pipeline of upcoming framework and reactive maintenance works. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that prides itself on doing things the right way: safely, professionally and with pride.

Responsibilities

• Carry out CCTV surveys of sewers, pipes and drainage systems to identify defects, blockages and potential risks


• Accurately classify defects using MSCC5 coding standards


• Produce detailed survey reports and recommend remedial actions


• Operate Minicam Proteus and iPEK inspection systems


• Work alongside our jetvac tanker and recycler crews on combined survey and cleaning works


• Ensure all work meets industry standards and health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Minicam Proteus and iPEK systems


• Confident MSCC5 defect coding


• Valid Confined Space (Medium to High Risk) qualification — OS19X or equivalent


• Full UK driving licence, as you'll be travelling to various sites

Desirable

• Working knowledge of jetvac tankers and recyclers


• HPWJ (High Pressure Water Jetting) certificate


• NRSWA Signing, Lighting and Guarding


• Emergency First Aid or First Aid at Work


• Manual Handling and Asbestos Awareness
