Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our 7000 people capacity multi functional venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in a sporting arena or multi unit environment.
We host, Boxing, Basket/ Net ball, baller league football to international gaming.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including food production, service, cleanliness
- Supervise and manage staff with the help of the staffing department.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to ensure timely delivery of high\-quality dishes
- Implement and monitor food safety standards in compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high hospitality standards
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any operational issues promptly
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth procurement processes
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations across all operational areas
- Proven supervising experience within a sporting or stadium experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse tea
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management .
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving and exceptional communication skills
Pay: Up to £40,000\.00 per year
