JOB PURPOSE

To work under the guidance of the F \& B Manager to provide the highest possible level of food and beverage service to all Wortley Hall customers

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

To work in accordance with daily business sheets and customer demand to provide the highest possible standards of food and beverage service.

To ensure that all rooms and equipment relevant to your department are clean and well presented, bringing to the attention of senior staff anything that requires attention.

To ensure that the supply of banqueting and restaurant linen is available, ironed and ready for use.

To ensure that all internal \& external public areas are routinely checked, removing any dirty or used items and where necessary, replace.

To serve customers with drink and food to the highest possible standards

To work effectively as part of the Wortley Hall team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

To re\-stock goods as required or directed to meet business requirements and to dispose of all waste and recyclables as appropriate.

To ensure that varying methods of payment for goods are transacted in accordance with Wortley Hall systems and operations and that all monies are totalised and secured at the end of the day.

To assist in the ordering, delivery and storage of all bar \& cellar supplies as required.

To ensure that all food hygiene and health \& safety requirements are adhered to.

To continually develop yourself and others in your role at Wortley Hall and seeking wherever possible to improve service to customers

Pay: £12\.80 per hour
