What We're Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and strong team-player mentality.

A good level of physical fitness, with the ability to lift and move equipment safely as part of the role.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards.

A professional, guest-focused approach and smart presentation (uniform provided).

A commitment to following health and safety procedures.

A willingness to learn and develop, with full training and support provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Setting up and clearing conference, meeting and banqueting spaces to the highest standards.

Assisting with room layouts and event preparations for a variety of prestigious functions.

Supporting clients and guests with the movement and positioning of equipment as required.

Operating and caring for conference equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe and ready for use.

Working collaboratively with the Conference & Events team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ensuring all work is completed safely and responsibly, maintaining a positive environment for guests and colleagues alike.
