Care Support Worker

We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will provide person\-centred care and support to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care and daily living activities


• Supporting mobility and safe moving \& handling practices


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Assisting with meal preparation and light household duties


• Promoting independence and dignity at all times


• Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately


• Following individual care plans and company policies


• Working collaboratively with the wider care team

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support/Care Skills \& Care of the Older Person (or working towards)


• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport preferred


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude


• Garda Vetting required


• Previous experience desirable but not essential as training will be provided
