Care Support Worker

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high\-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming.


• Assisting with medication administration in line with company policies.


• Supporting customers with meal preparation and nutritional needs.


• Helping with light household tasks such as cleaning and laundry.


• Accompanying customers to appointments and social activities.


• Assisting customers to develop life skills.


• Monitoring and reporting changes in customers' health and wellbeing.


• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.


• Building positive and professional relationships with customers and their families.

Requirements

• Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.


• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.


• A valid driving licence (preferred for domiciliary care roles).


• Right to work in the UK.


• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
