Care Navigator

We are looking for a Care Navigator to join our friendly practice on a part\-time basis.

Hours: 19 per week

• Monday 08\.00\-14\.00


• Tuesday 14\.00\-18\.45


• Wednesday 14\.00\-17\.00


• Friday 13\.30\-18\.45

You must have previous admin experience and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and previous experience in a healthcare setting would be an advantage.

You will be the first point of contact for patients and other contacts, you will book patient appointments, deal with general enquiries, and support the day to day running of the practice.

We’re open to patients from 08:00 to 18:30, Monday to Friday, and shifts are scheduled within these times. From time to time, you’ll also be required to work a late shift finishing at 8pm.

The hours listed in this advert are the exact hours we need to cover, so please only apply if you can commit to these as stated. Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer flexibility around start or finish times.

As a busy GP practice, we value a team approach and would welcome candidates who can offer a reasonable degree of flexibility to help cover annual leave and occasional sickness absence when required.
