Salary: £28,275 per annum plus additional on\-call payments
Hours: Full\-time, 37\.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Care Coordinator to join our team and support the Registered Manager in the day\-to\-day coordination and development of the service.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding role that extends beyond scheduling and rota management. You will play a key role in operational planning, workforce coordination, problem\-solving and ensuring the delivery of high\-quality, compliant care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and maintaining accurate staff rotas and on\-call schedules
- Supporting the Registered Manager with the day\-to\-day operational management of the service
- Liaising with Care Workers, Service Users, families and healthcare professionals
- Participating in the on\-call rota as required
- Resolving operational issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promoting effective communication across the service to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Conducting spot checks of the care team
- Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally
- Working collaboratively with Field Care Supervisors to maintain high\-quality care standards
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience within domiciliary care (essential)
- Ideally have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or above, or a minimum of three years' experience in a senior care role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous administrative or office\-based experience (desirable)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional, compassionate and person\-centred approach
