Care Coordinator

We are a supportive, fast paced team that values professionalism, compassion, and reliability. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team, ideally someone ready to step up from a Senior Carer role and take the next step in their career.
The Role
This is a key position within our office team, ensuring care is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
You will:
- Manage and maintain care staff rotas (scheduled by the Rota Scheduler), ensuring all visits are effectively covered
- Respond promptly to changes in care needs and staffing
- Participate in the on\-call rota (minimum one weekday night and one weekend per month)
- Liaise with care staff, clients, and families to ensure smooth service delivery
- Support with onboarding and ongoing support of care staff
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
- Assist the Care Manager in creating and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure. Someone who can think on their feet and keep things running smoothly.

Essential:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Carer (or similar role)
- Working towards or holding a Level 3 in Health \& Social Care
- Strong IT skills and confidence using care systems
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for rota management
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to participate in the on\-call rota
- Previous experience in a coordination or scheduling role
- Experience creating care plans and risk assessments
- Good understanding of compliance and care standards
