- Coordinating schedules – preparing rotas \& communicating with staff, clients \& families
- Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community
- Upholding reputation – handling complaints \& taking action
- Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face \& good company; participating in out of hours on\-call
- Leadership – by inducting new starters \& assessing Team training

Responsibilities

- Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules
- Matching carers to clients based on skills and compatibility
- Conducting initial client assessments and reviews
- Handling enquiries from clients
- families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting care staff with day\-to\-day queries
- Ensuring compliance with care plans and regulations
- Maintaining accurate records in care management systems
- Covering care calls in emergencies when required
- Participating in on\-call rota

- Previous experience in care sector (office or hands\-on)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem\-solving mindset
- IT literate with experience of care management software
- Full UK driving licence

- Care Coordinator qualification advantageous
- Experience with rostering software

- Monday to Friday (with on\-call participation)
