We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Care Co\-Ordinator to join our growing domiciliary care team. As a Care Co\-Ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day\-to\-day operation of our service. We are seeking an individual who is organised, resilient, and prepared to work hard as part of a dedicated management team focused on driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and maintaining effective care staff rotas

  • Matching care staff to clients based on skills, experience, and preferences

  • Managing staff availability, holidays, sickness, and emergency cover

  • Monitoring care delivery and responding to operational issues promptly

  • Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of care staff

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

  • Building positive relationships with clients, families, care staff, and healthcare professionals

  • Assisting management with service improvement initiatives and performance targets
What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Previous experience working as a Care Co\-Ordinator within domiciliary care

  • Strong knowledge of rota planning and workforce scheduling

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

  • Good IT skills and experience using care management systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements

  • Experience supporting service improvement projects

  • Experience with recruitment and staff development
