Care Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well\-being. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.


• Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.


• Help with meal preparation and feeding as required, promoting healthy eating habits.


• Monitor and document clients' health and well\-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.


• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping to maintain a comfortable living space.


• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.

Experience

• Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.


• A genuine passion for helping others and a strong sense of empathy are crucial for success in this role.


• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.


• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
