Job Overview
Nissi Care Solutions is looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our established team supporting people in their own homes across Swindon and the surrounding areas.
Whether you are an experienced care worker or looking to begin a rewarding career in care, we would love to hear from you. Previous care experience is preferred but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.

Our main community care shifts are:
Morning: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evening: 3:00pm – 10:00pm
We have a variety of working patterns available and welcome applicants looking for full\-time or part\-time hours, including those seeking evening and weekend work.
Weekend availability is required on an alternate\-weekend basis.
About the role
As a Community Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide person\-centred support based on their individual needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting with personal care and daily routines
- Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans and your training
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Supporting mobility and independence
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting clients with everyday activities
- Completing accurate care records
- Reporting changes in a client's wellbeing or any concerns promptly
- Travelling between clients' homes within your allocated area
You will need to be:
- Kind, compassionate and respectful
- Reliable, punctual and committed
- Able to communicate confidently with clients, families and colleagues
- Comfortable working independently in the community
- Able to work alternate weekends
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
- Able to provide satisfactory employment references
- Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
- Legally entitled to undertake the role in the UK
