What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Promoting dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Supporting residents to participate in activities and social events
- Following personalised care plans to deliver outstanding care
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive care team
- A kind, caring and compassionate nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- Commitment to providing exceptional care
- Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential, as full training can be provided
- Right to work in the UK

Hours Available
We are primarily seeking full\-time Care Assistants for both days and nights.
However, if you are looking for part\-time hours, we would still love to hear from you and will do our best to accommodate your availability.
