Dora Rose Care Home are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants to join our team and provide outstanding care to our residents.

What You’ll Do as Health Care Assistants

• Support residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines.


• Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.


• Assist with meals, medication, and wellbeing activities.


• Maintaining accurate care records on the electronic care plan system


• Undertaking ongoing training and getting involved in welcoming and supporting new staff.


• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals.


• You will be required to work within a flexible 7\-day rota.

• A kind, patient, and empathetic nature


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills


• Experience in care is a plus – but full training is provided!


• Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends
