Role: Care Assistant
Location: Stirling, Dunblane, Bridge of Allan \& surrounding areas
Hours: Average 35hours per week
Salary: £14\.50–£15\.60/hour

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a caring, committed Care Assistant to join our Stirling team, supporting clients across Stirling, Dunblane, Bridge of Allan, and nearby areas.
This is a rewarding role that makes a real difference every day, helping people live safely and comfortably at home, offering companionship, and providing the highest standard of personal care.

We’re proud to offer:
- Excellent hourly rate: £14\.50–£15\.60/hour
- 2 weekends off per month
- Full run time paid
- Travel paid at 45p/mile
- Longer visits (minimum 45\-minute personal care sessions)
- Ongoing support and training from our wider Hamill Homecare network
- Choice of Permanent (average 35 hours/week) or Zero Hours contract
- Recent and relevant professional care experience
- A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable approach
- Flexibility to meet changing client needs
- Understanding of National Care Standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Variety of shifts including AM, PM, and at least one split shift per week
- Based in the Stirling area (on the road role)
- UK work authorisation required
