We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. Duties

• Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility


• Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding as required


• Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life


• Assisting with medication management in accordance with care plans


• Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems


• Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients


• Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to update on wellbeing and progress

Qualifications

• Previous experience working not essential; full training will be provided


• Valid driving licence is required


• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues


• Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate documentation and updating care records


• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexibility to adapt to different shifts or schedules as required
