We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high\-quality support and care to individuals in their own homes. The role involves working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans tailored to individual needs.
Duties
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding as required
- Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life
- Assisting with medication management in accordance with care plans
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided using IT systems
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to update on wellbeing and progress
- Previous experience working not essential; full training will be provided
- Valid driving licence is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate documentation and updating care records
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to different shifts or schedules as required

Pay: £13\.50 per hour
