We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team in the STOCKPORT area. Based at our location, you will play a vital role in delivering high\-quality in\-home care services that align with our mission of compassionate support and personalised attention.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's specific needs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
- Drive clients to appointments or errands as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in home care or caregiving roles.
- Valid driving license and ability to drive clients safely.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful demeanor.
- Prior experience working in a care home is advantageous but not essential.
