Care Assistant (Days & Nights)

Meadowbanks Care Home is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. Hours

• Early shifts \= 08\.00 \- 14\.00


• Late shifts \= 14\.00 \- 20\.00


• Night shifts \= 20\.00 \- 08\.00

As a Care Assistant, you will:

• Work with others to ensure residents needs are supported


• Maintain accurate records and documentation


• Provide personal care including washing, dressing and support with mobility


• Assist residents with meals and hydration, ensuring nutritional needs are met


• Support residents with daily activities and encourage independence where possible


• Follow individual care plans and report any changes in residents’ needs or wellbeing


• Escalate concerns appropriately to ensure resident safety and wellbeing

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience as a Care Assistant, ideally in a care home


• Is confident, calm, and professional under pressure


• Has good communication skills


• Is committed to providing outstanding care


• Has a genuine, caring nature and strong values
