Care Assistant (Day/Night Available)

Overview
We are seeking kind, reliable, and compassionate female carer to provide high\-quality personal care and support to our service users. This role involves close personal care, and due to the nature of the support required, there is a genuine occupational requirement for female staff under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010\.
Duties will be varied, and include supporting our residents with personal care needs, supporting their health and wellbeing, treating our residents with respect and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct personal care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of records.
- Ensure that the care home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for all residents.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in social care.
- Previous experience in the care sector would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with residents and their families.
- Proficiency in IT systems relevant to healthcare documentation is an advantage.
- A compassionate, warm hearted, kind and caring nature with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our residents.
- Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

Pay: £13\.44 per hour
