Pay: £12\.71 per hour
Hours: Full\-time / Part\-time available
Driving Licence and Own Vehicle Essential

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. You will build meaningful relationships with service users and provide person\-centred support tailored to their individual needs.

Duties Include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect.


• Assisting with medication administration.


• Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition.


• Helping with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment.


• Providing companionship and emotional support.


• Assisting with shopping and accessing the community.


• Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or wellbeing.


• Maintaining accurate records using our digital care system.
