Care Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Care Administrator to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Managing patient records and updating information accurately using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating care plans via Microsoft Outlook and other scheduling tools.
- Communicating effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and external organisations to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service skills.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation related to patient care and administrative operations.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with data protection regulations.
- Organising meetings, training sessions, and other administrative events efficiently.
- Supporting IT systems and troubleshooting basic technical issues as required.
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare or similar environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not essential; training will be provided if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
