Are you a motivated Car Sales Executive with main dealership experience? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful dealership representing a hugely popular premium brand, offering strong earning potential, excellent benefits, and a supportive team culture.

About the Sales Executive Role:

We’re looking for a driven, relationship-building professional who loves hitting targets and delivering fantastic customer service. Must hold a full UK driving licence.

Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30 (yes, a 5:30 PM finish during the week!), Saturdays 08:30 – 17:00 (with a day off in lieu), and Sundays 10:00 – 16:00 on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards

  • Achieve new and used vehicle sales targets, plus finance and accessory targets

  • Confidently build rapport with customers, identifying needs and matching the right vehicle features and benefits

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on repeat business and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience, ideally within a main dealership

  • Stable career history

  • Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable)

  • Full, clean UK driving licence

  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills
