Role Overview
As a Car Sales Executive at KF Cars, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process, from enquiry to handover. You will play a key role in maximising sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and upholding our professional reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed vehicle information
- Negotiate prices, agree sales terms, and close deals
- Manage enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Ensure vehicles are presented to a high standard
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build long\-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on stock, pricing, and market trends
- Source and purchase vehicles through auctions, with preference for candidates who have prior auction experience
- Previous car sales or general sales experience required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, enthusiastic, and customer\-focused
- Self\-motivated with a target\-driven attitude
- UK driving licence
- Good organisational and time\-management abilities
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: £40,000\.00 per year
